AI for K12 academic learning

Genesis Learning (previously Ying and Dutton Education) is an innovative education company with a mission to equip K12 students and teachers with responsible AI-native skills for more efficient, creative and engaging academic experiences.

At Genesis Learning, we believe the future of education lies in the powerful collaboration between human ingenuity and artificial intelligence.

Our flagship human-AI co-learning curriculum empowers students to use AI to augment their learning for academic excellence, creative thinking, and responsible decision-making.

What is human-AI co-learning?

In our world today, people who know how to use AI in powerful and ethical ways will win, and those who don’t will risk irrelevance.

This is why Genesis Learning is committed to equipping today’s students and teachers with the key skills to use AI efficiently, creatively and responsibly for greater productivity and innovation.

By placing the human learner and educator at the centre and augmenting each step of the learning process with smart and responsible artificial intelligence strategies, we aim to transform the K12 education landscape from a traditional, passive and knowledge-receiving model to a new, collaborative and proactive co-learning experience.

  • Efficiency | Creativity | Responsibility

We stand for a human-at-the centre approach to AI augmented learning. Efficiency, creativity and responsibility are the values that underpin all our curriculum and programmes.

Despite the prevalence of AI in our world, we believe that the human learner must always be the steerer of the education experience. AI tools can be powerful, but only when used as a positive enabler to augment the learning process.

  • Student pain point | AI strategy | Teacher-in-the-loop

We emphasise AI as a tool for students to solve their learning pain points and stimulate their own critical and creative thinking.

Just as much as we teach students how and when to use AI, we encourage them to consider how and when not to use AI so that they unlock greater human potential and impact.

  • AI for general academic skills | AI for English and languages | AI for STEM | AI for interdisciplinary projects

We take an innovative and integrative approach to helping students and teachers use AI for improved efficiency, greater knowledge and more powerful skill acquisition.

Our programmes are not about coding AI apps or the technical aspects of AI, but the integration of AI in learning different subjects and knowledge fields.

Our curriculum starts by laying the foundation of AI understanding, clarifying ethical boundaries in AI use, then moves into methods for AI integration in academic subjects ranging from English, humanities, STEM, arts and music.
